Week 4 Beginning 22.6.20

This week we will be continuing to focus on the 'w special' spelling rule. 

Look at the words: word, worm, work, worth, worse. The grapheme or should be pronounced /ur/ in these words. When w comes before vowels it can affect the pronunciation of the vowel.

Look at Letter strings countdown again and this time choose 'W Special' - word, worm, work.
